The course is designed in a 9 day format to be done ideally over a 3 week period. It is recommended to do 3 videos per week. This will allow you to focus, integrate and practice each of the techniques before moving on to a new video. Not everyone learns the same. You know your learning style and speed the best, so whatever pace is appropriate for you, do that! You will have these videos for eternity so you can always go back and re-watch for a refresher.
