The course is designed in a 9 module format to be done ideally over a 3 week period. It is recommended to do 3 modules per week. This will allow you to focus, integrate and practice each of the techniques before moving on to a lesson. Not everyone learns the same. You know your learning style and speed the best, so whatever pace is appropriate for you, do that! You will have these modules to keep so you can always go back for a refresher.
